Our Soapbox Engage Partner Program enables us to point organizations to solutions providers that we have vetted, ensuring that our organizations receive the best possible service. In exchange, our partners receive qualified organizations that are specifically looking for their services.

Our partner program helps us ensure our joint clients receive the highest quality services, while also increasing our joint marketing efforts by showing off your great work to our prospective clients.
Approval Process
Joining our program is straightforward and helps our teams make sure we’ve got the right connection necessary to serve our clients together most effectively. Our approval process is done on a company basis (i.e. only one approval process is needed). Becoming a Soapbox Engage Partner is a simple four-step process.
- Fill out the Soapbox Engage Partner Program application to the right
- Attend an “Introduction to the Soapbox Engage Partner Program” webinar (minimum of two members of your team must attend, all are welcomed)
- Pass the Soapbox Engage Partner quiz
- Create a demo installation of Soapbox Engage
That’s it! Not too painful, right? Your partner program membership lasts one year, and is renewed with a check-in meeting with your partner account manager each year.

Partners receive access to our limited partner newsletters and webinars, which highlight inside information about upcoming releases. Additionally, partners receive a partner account manager to help answer your questions one-on-one.

We build strong relationships with our partners and ensure that all our partners’ organizations receive the high-touch Soapbox Salon Experience that shows your clients that you’re deeply interested in their success even outside their work with you.

We expect our partners to provide the same high-quality service that we provide our Soapbox Engage organizations. Our joint reputation in the community is critical to our success, so your efforts in continuing to make both of our companies’ brands shine is an important part of our partner relationship.
We also want to make sure our clients receive the best quality service from our awesome partners, and that they need only a few key individuals managing their databases externally. One way we do this is to ensure that our partners are fully educated in the installation process of Soapbox Engage. Our partners are expected to provide the installation services for our Soapbox Engage packages into their client environments, with guidance as needed by our team in case you run into any challenges.
