1. The Spring ‘24 Release is Here!

   Sharing this again in case any folks missed it last week! The Spring '24 release introduces fundraising, program suite, and grantmaking enhancements for the new Nonprofit Cloud. Notable features include tools for tracking recurring donations, auto-calculation of outcome results, and improved grant application processes. Additionally, pilots for Generative AI Content and Intelligent Apps offer capabilities like custom gift proposals and on-demand program summaries. Learn more about the release here!

2. NEW Online Community Posting User Interface

   Your feedback on the Trailblazer community has been heard and last week Salesforce introduced an updated publisher UI interface, helping you get faster responses and more engagement on your questions and posts. 3. 4 New Landing Pages + New Trail

   There are 4 new landing pages for feature sets in Salesforce Help: Fundraising, Grantmaking, Program/Case Management, and Outcome Management. Each landing page points users to documentation, Trailhead, and other resources. Additionally, there is a new trail for Outcome Management Badges!

4. Automatically Refresh Your Salesforce Dashboard Every Hour or Minute
   Rakesh Gupta (Salesforce MVP)

   By default, Salesforce allows dashboard refreshes only on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. But this article from Rakesh Gupta will show you how to access real-time information with updates up to the second. You can also customize the dashboard to auto-refresh every minute.

1. Nonprofit Ask Me Anything Sessions - Feb 21

   Tune in to the AMA sessions happening this week! These are live Q&A sessions that provide a space for you to ask your Nonprofit-specific questions with amazing hosts from the Salesforce community. These sessions will be taking place on the 3rd Wednesday of each month (except for a few months that have conflicting events like Dreamforce).

   This trailblazer is noting that the NP Cloud has significant documentation on Grants Management features. These are features that Higher Ed and Educational Institutions could use as well. Vote for this idea to extend these capabilities to Education Cloud.
