Notable features include tools for tracking recurring donations, auto-calculation of outcome results, and improved grant application processes.     There are 4 new landing pages for feature sets in Salesforce Help: Fundraising, Grantmaking, Program/Case Management, and Outcome Management. Each landing page points users to documentation, Trailhead, and other resources. Additionally, there is a new trail for Outcome Management Badges!

  4. Automatically Refresh Your Salesforce Dashboard Every Hour or Minute

    By default, Salesforce allows dashboard refreshes only on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. But this article from Rakesh Gupta will show you how to access real-time information with updates up to the second. You can also customize the dashboard to auto-refresh every minute.

These sessions will be taking place on the 3rd Wednesday of each month (except for a few months that have conflicting events like Dreamforce).
